Coordinator Full Time

JOB PURPOSE

The main purpose of the Coordinator position is to perform all required administrative, technical, and tasks related activities and documentation of both reactive and proactive maintenance and general upkeep of department — at both field and workshop levels.

Duties and responsibilities

• Process all work orders through ERP.
• Request parts by raising PR and following up with relevant departments.
• Archive service reports and related documents.
• Assist unit engineer and/or supervisor in daily maintenance activities.
• Update work orders status in timely basis.
• Update internal client/end user of repair progress.
• Update maintenance logs for all machinery and equipment.
• Understand and implement AMHEC Quality Control Standards.
• Keep track of maintenance supply inventory.
• Handle minor repair activities with section team.
• Execute field service and workshop operational plans.
• Monitor attendance of employees and overtime.
• Facilitate, track, and provide guidance for regular contracted service activities.
• Participate in cross functional process improvement initiatives that drive workshop performance.
• Complete needed records and convey initiating work, control and documentation system.
• Provide administrative assistant to workshop engineer.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the
  health, safety and welfare of self and others
• Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and co-operate with his/her supervisor & instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Automotive/ administrative diploma with minimum 4 years.
• Experience in administrative job Excellent in computer skills and Microsoft is must.
• Has a leader character and Able to lead the team of the technicians, manage them, and give them the required instructions.
• Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive background.
• Has the basic of machine mechanics like diesel circuits and basic hydraulics, and the basic of electric to be able to deal with the technician activities.
• Able to read technical shop manuals, get the parts from the parts books.
• Has enough knowledge to using computers to open soft technical data and manuals.
• Able to work with high emergency environment business.
• Read, Write & Speak English Language.

Working conditions

• Nature of work may require working beyond standard working hours.

Physical/ Travel requirements

• Travel (up On Request) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to AMHEC sites, yards and branches

Salary package and benefits

• Basic salary ranges from 2800 Sar (102000 kshs) – 3700 (135,300 Kshs)
• Accommodation, transport (from work to site) and medical insurance is provided.
• Contract 2 yrs
• Working days – 6 days. 8 hours per day.
• Overtime as per KSA law.
